The purpose of the Junior Competition is to give students who exhibit a sufficient level of performance skill the opportunity to perform in a competitive event on a Winners' Recital. It is the responsibility of the teacher to select repertoire suitable both to the needs of the student and for presentation on a recital for teachers.
