Welcome to the Tulsa Accredited Music Teachers Association home page!

TAMTA offers a referral service for people searching for a qualified music instructor. We have members who teach in Broken Arrow, Claremore, Owasso, Miami, and Okmulgee, as well as Tulsa. Instructors offer lessons in piano, voice, violin, viola, cello, flute, guitar, harp, theory, and composition. Members of TAMTA are also members of the state and national organizations of music teachers, Oklahoma Music Teachers Association (OMTA) and Music Teachers National Association (MTNA). Active members of TAMTA may enter their students in local, state and national auditions and competitions. They may also have their students audition for the various scholarships that TAMTA offers.
